When you only need the essentials, the Switchback will stick with you through every line. Load it up with a tube and repair kit—and forget it until you need it. No matter how loose the corner or chunky the descent, the Switchback remains locked to your saddle. The not-so-secret sauce is the inverted catenary arch pretensioned HDPE batten, which allows the pack to be snugged tight to the saddle without being crushed. It comes with a 6” Voile Nano strap for a solid seat post connection and works seamlessly with dropper posts (when paired with the Wolf Tooth Valais). Side release buckles allow for speedy installation and removal, if you need to switch back and forth between bikes in your stable. This pack features light rigid foam padding to minimize rattles, and the same bomb-proof #9 Ideal zipper as other Cedaero packs, which runs smooth even in nasty conditions.
